Our Aviation Delivery & Service Fees

At Black Creek, we keep our pricing simple, transparent, and fair.

  • Rochester (ROC): $150 flat delivery fee

  • Buffalo (BUF): $175 flat delivery fee

  • Other Airports: $75+ additional depending on distance and access requirements

Every order also includes a service fee that covers coordination, packaging adjustments, and presentation styling.

When You Need Something We Don’t Prepare Ourselves

We still take care of you.

If your crew or passengers request items outside our cold‑food offerings, we can legally provide a Food Procurement & Delivery Service:

✔ We place the order with a licensed restaurant or caterer

✔ We pick it up

✔ We deliver it directly to the FBO

✔ We package or portion it for flight when appropriate

This service is fully compliant because we are not preparing the food — we are acting as a delivery and coordination service.

Standard Delivery Fee

All aviation orders — whether prepared by us or picked up from another establishment — include our standard delivery fee, which covers:

  • Dedicated FBO delivery

  • Secure handling

  • Timing coordination with crew

  • Packaging adjustments for flight

  • Fresh shopping for every order
